Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the views of the paddy fields were beautiful, the overall experience was marred by poor service and unclean facilities. The room we initially checked into was dirty and poorly maintained, and we faced several issues that were not appropriately addressed. It’s a shame, as the location by the backwaters has great potential, but the amenities and service fell short.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While it boasts a lovely view of the surrounding paddy fields, the overall cleanliness and staff service were lacking. The room we initially got was dirty and the bathroom doors barely closed. The pool was dirty and unusable, and the restaurant was closed during our stay, forcing us to eat outside. Overall, it's not worth the stay, especially for a honeymoon trip.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The views from my room overlooking the canal were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff were kind and went above and beyond to prepare a special dish for me. However, the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent, and that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it felt like a true escape immersed in nature, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were basic, they offered a lovely view of the backwaters, which was a highlight. The hot water issues were quite frustrating, especially after a long day out. The staff were polite and accommodating, but the dining options could use significant improvement, especially the breakfast. The location is excellent for accessing houseboat tours.
